I’ve also read that it’s advisable to introduce new products slowly—one at a time—and to use online tools like Sezia to check if a product is safe regarding fungal acne.

Since I have allergies to dust, pollen, and pet hair (cats, horses, and dogs), I wanted to ask if any of you have experience with specific ingredients that I should avoid due to my allergies?
